KEYSTONE have been selected by makers of high performance fabric, gear and apparel where flame retardance, antistatic property counts. It began under Changzhou New Zone Kexu Textile Co., Ltd in 2007, as a brand particular for functional fabrics and yarns. Until now, it has launched three product series:

1. Aramid yarns/thread:

Component:

Pure meta-aramid yarn/thread, meta-aramid/ para-aramid/ antistatic(IIIA) yarn/ thread, Meta-aramid/ viscose yarn/ thread, meta-aramid/ cotton yarn/ thread and other blended yarn/ thread.

Yarn counts: 10S, 18.5S, 20S, 25S, 30S, 35S, 40S, 60S; 10S/2, 20S/2, 30/2, 40/2; 20/3, 30/3, 40/3, ect.

Colors: Orange, navy blue, black, royal blue, etc.

Primary end uses: Mainly used in the production of protective clothing, sewing thread, heat resistant lead wire and ect.

2. Functional fabric:

Component: Pure meta-aramid fabric, meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistatic(IIIA) fabric, meta-aramid/FR viscose fabric, meta-aramid/cotton fabrics and other functional fabrics.

Construciton: Woven/Knitted

Weight: 55~450gsm

Color: White, navy blue, orange, yellow, ect.

Primary end uses: Protective apparels(fire-fighting suits, welding suites, car-racing suits, workwear for gas station, oil field, mine, ship factory, steel-making factory), heat-resistant gloves, heat-resistant socks, fire retardant balaclavas, ect.

3. Aramid fiber:

Para-aramid fiber(1000D, 1500D);

Meta-aramid fiber(1D, 1.5D, 2D, 2.5D, 5D)

KEYSTONE meets industrial safety standards such as EN531, EN533, EN1149-3. KEYSTONE fabrics are often used in places, like oil and gas fields, army, petrochemical plants, flammable chemical plants and power stations, where the protections against flame, heat, flammable gasses, static and chemical exposures are required.

Kexu Textile, as the founder of KEYSTONE, was founded in 2000 by Mr He Tingxin, who had been the managing director of one state-own textile plant for 10 years. Now Kexu has been growing to a company with production area of 20000sm, a yarn mill of 20000 ring-spinning spindles and a fabric plant. It has 150 workers and capital of more than 50, 000, 000RMB. In 2007, its sale reached 15, 000, 000 USD.
